This past year was a successful one as we had the pleasure of presenting a check of $9,500 to Family Rescue for 2008! It has been such a pleasure working with everyone at Family Rescue and we look forward to continuing to work together towards our common goal of breaking the domestic violence cycle.

Reach Out Chicago has selected Between Friends as our 2009 “adoptive” charity! Between Friends is a nonprofit agency dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence and abuse by providing education, support, counseling, and advocacy services. Between Friends works with individuals, families, and communities to create awareness about domestic violence and abuse and to reduce its prevalence and impact. We are very excited for this opportunity and partnership with Between Friends to continue to “reach out” to victims of domestic abuse!
